June Yoga Challenge Week 3 & Nail Files

Good Morning Friends! I must say that I'm having a good morning because of this little baby

Blueberry + cinnamon nut coffee= goodness!

Now let's get to the highlights of the post

I can't believe it's been 3 weeks of this challenge! I'm definitely starting to see physical improvements but my running has greatly improved! My legs feel stronger and less sore after I run. I look forward to doing yoga now and feel better after I do it. Thank you Courtney for having this awesome challenge!

Challenge: Do yoga 3x week
Actual: I did 3 sessions. I'm really enjoying the pre & post run yoga sessions on Do Yoga With Me. I also did 1 session of Candlelight Yoga on Netflix.

I really like doing these yoga sessions on my computer in the privacy of my own room. I'm still not confident enough to go to classes.

I'm still rocking the shellac mani from 2 weeks ago! I definitely have a lot of new growth and am ready for another but there are still no chips in the polish!

  2. LOVE shellac! How awesome is that?! I need another one very, very soon. Andddd I'm loving yoga too. I can feel such a difference in my body. You should totally try a class when you're ready. I'm not great but I'm really enjoying the class! I'll have to check out the one you talked about on netflix though! Happy Friday, girl!
