Sunday Social Week 4

It's Sunday Funday! And it certainly has been for me! I got a great workout in this am, met up with the rents for breakfast and spent the day running errands. Now I'm out enjoying this beautiful weather and will be cheering on Olympic hopeful Jordyn Wieber :)

What is your favorite store to shop at? 

Some may laugh but I love Old Navy & Target. I can always find something and they're reasonably priced. I like J Crew too!

If you could afford anything and everything, which designer brand would you covet? 

J Crew, Lauren Conrad, Ralph Lauren, & Sarah Burton (Alexander McQueen).

J Crew tees, Old Navy Active wear and shorts. 

Favorite kind of shoes?

I wear a size 3 in kids. Yep in KIDS! Sometimes I can wear a 5 in woman's. It's very hard to find fashionable shoes but this fall I found my favorite pair of boots by Fitzwell. I also love TOMS because I can wear the kids size and get them for $40 ;)

 

Best clothing deal you've ever gotten? (sale or amazing find)

I would have to say a pair of TOMS I found at a garage sale. They had only been worn once and the girl didn't like them. (10 year olds have NO style). I got them for $5.

Style you'd love to try?
I wish I could wear Maxi dresses. They look so comfortable but I'm too short and curvy for them.

The Nail Files & June Yoga Challenge

Hello! This is for you! 

I'm so happy it's finally Friday! This week went by so slow for me. I'm more than ready for the weekend which will be spent by my pool during the day and at night I'll be packing. It'll be good times, good times.

Speaking of good times I'm linking up with Vicki & Tara for The Nail Files. My shellac mani lasted exactly 3 weeks but with the new growth I had to get them redone. I went for shellac again but with a more bubblegum color. 

In other news it's the last link-up of Courtney's June Yoga Challenge :(

My Goal: 3 sessions/week.
Actual: I only did 2 this week :(. I'm bummed I didn't get the last session in but this crazy heat and humidity have been messing with my body and my apartment was extremely hot earlier this week. I just couldn't do it.

I have loved this challenge though. Incorporating yoga into my fitness has been great. It's really helped me stretch out my body and I feel less sore. I also didn't realize how many different types of yoga there are, different ways to do it (classes, videos, etc). and how many free resources there are. I'm definitely not ready for a class (public eyes shouldn't see me do yoga) but I really like doing the videos at home. Top 5 Tuesday: Celebrity Crush List

I'm so excited! You want to know why? Because Rachel @ Just Peachy brought back her Top 5 Tuesday link-up!! This is probably the best part of my day (yea... my Tuesdays are a little lame). 

This week it's Top 5 Celebrity Crushes... I really hope you all link-up because I would adore staring at your computer screens and seeing who's on your list. Make sure you grab a towel because this is drool worthy ;)

1) Channing Tatum. I know he will probably be on everyone's list with Magic Mike coming out but I've liked him since Step Up. Remember that goodie where he's a dancing bad boy gone good? Yep even then! 

2) Matt Bomer. If you've been reading my posts lately you've noticed I've been a bit obsessed in love with White Collar. The number one reason? This guy. He can even make geeky look good! And look at those eyes!

3) Chris Pine. When Star Trek first came out my friend Cody really wanted to see it. Me not so much but I'm so glad I did because this hottie was in it! And now his new movie "People Like Us" is coming out and looks good! 

 4) Zac Effron. He was cute in all the High School Musical movies but he has grown up into such a good looking man! And since he dumped the baggage Vanessa Hudgins he's been taking amazing roles and producing good movies!

5) David Beckham. I love his bad boy look and he's such a great Dad! You always here him bragging about his kids and see them in  pictures with him. Then again if he was my Dad I'd want to be in pictures too!

 My weekend was pretty boring and pictureless. It was filled with homework, work, grocery shopping and pinning.

I'm currently watching Chelsea Handler and it's the Father's Day episode. Hilarious!

On Saturday I got a great workout in! I did 45 min on the elliptical, 15 on the treadmill (HIT), and 10 min. solutions target toning- all 6 workouts. I felt so good afterwards!

I know I've mentioned this once or twice but I'm in LOVE with White Collar Matt Bomer is as almost good looking as Channing Tatum!

I love to make mixes of my favorite songs but I also like to listen to music that reflects the water. So if it's sunny and I'm on a back road it's country music, gloomy weather = sad music or mellow, highway= pop/rock/ r & b, something up beat with a good bass.

What song are you embarrassed to admit you love?
Justin Bieber Girlfriend (not many of my friends are fans yet), and boy bands like One Direction, Backstreet Boys, N*Sync, and The Jonas Brothers
